eCanyons uses UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service) for the majority of our shipments.  There is a Calculate Shipping fees click option to estimate your shipping costs in the shopping cart.  The true shipping cost will be calculated in the checkout.  

We have a estimate calculator which will approximate your shipping fees in the shopping cart through your zip code.  The true shipping cost will be calculated in the checkout with the lowest price being the default picked for you automatically.  You can choose which option meets your preferences and time frame in the checkout.  Please also note that the shipping rates for all the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item and all items will be calculated during the checkout. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. We may offer discount coupons to our registered customers and newsletter subscribers to promote savings to you in shipping costs.  You must be a registered customer and subscribed to our newsletter to receive any such offers.

International Shipping:

We offer international shipments worldwide.  Our cart will automatically give you International shipping options during checkout.  You may also use the calculate shipping costs link in the cart to see International Shipping costs.  We use live rates with no minimum order or handling fees. Buyer is responsible for their countries customs, import tax, VAT, shippers brokerage fees, customs fees or any other fees.  We only charge for actual shipping of the product by weight.  Most international orders will be shipped by USPS as they give the best rates.

Returns:

Please refer to our 30 day guarantee.  We offer a no hassle 30 day guarantee on all items which is explained in detail here.

Back Orders:

We do carry one of a kind items which are Indian handmade by authentic Native Americans with certificates.  These items are first buy first serve items.  If by chance someone ordered right before you and took the available stock you will be emailed giving notice that the back ordered item is no longer in stock and we will ship only the available inventory of the order.  All other back orders will be held until they are available and wont be shipped with the rest of the order.  If you wish to cancel the back ordered products just email us or call us and we will promptly do so and refund and/or credit the amount.
