Genuine leather brown briefcase with several compartments, a main carrying handle with a full shoulder adjustable strap included.  The top has two big zipper compartments.  The front has a top double zipper compartment (This completely opens up with 3 pen holders, a calculator pocket, and 4 card holders. ), and a front slit zipper compartment.  The back also has a big zipper slit compartment. One side has a velcro cell phone or ipod compartment while the other side has a zipper compartment big enough for electronic organizers or calculators.
