    You must send back the unused product with all packing materials in new condition.  You must prepay the shipping on the item of return no COD's please.  Soon as we receive it and examine the contents we will promptly do as you wish with a refund or credit.

    If by chance the item you received was damaged in shipping, then please do not return it.  Please, let us know immediately.
